Awesome, yet unpractical: The assault rifle, at least for the gunlugger. It has a shorter range than the machinegun or the sniper rifle and it doesn't deal as much damage as the grenade launcher. Its "autofire" tag means that it can deal area of effect damage, but must reload immediately; guess which two other gunlugger weapons do not require reloading and still make area attacks? (NB: in realtà, non sono sicuro che questo sia il trope giusto: mi pare di ricordare che ce ne fosse uno apposito per le "scelte subottimali". Qualcuno se lo ricorda?)

Mhhh... no.
Perché il risultato "in fiction" non è che non si fanno niente prendendosi l'esplosione in faccia!
Vuol dire che per qualche motivo la granata non danneggia la banda nella sua interezza.
