Yes it's an RPG!!
It's called "Playing Doctor!", I played it when I was child!!
When the play start one of the player say this ritual phrase "Hi! I'm the doctor, but I forgot my coat!", than the ohter players, in chorus, say "But Doctor...where are your pants?".
the rest of the game proceeded with the doctor who convince other players to undress.
It was a very funny game.
